I was a new patient and the clinic itself was very modern easy to get too and accessible from the handicap parking to the signage of where to go once I entered the building. The receptionist was very quick and friendly while checking me in. I didn’t have a long wait to see the doctor after checkin. The doctors staff were very nice and personable which kept me relaxed. Dr Johnson is the best !
The entire experience was great, from the desk check in, the nurse, to the time with Dr. Johnson. The only opportunity for improvement is some better signage to identify entry for Minnesota ENT is through the west entrance. It wasn't immediately clear, but no biggie.
After a very unfortunate accident with a Q tip I found myself urgently needing an ENT to check me out before an upcoming trip to Aruba. The timing right?! After leaving my primary Drs office I went upstairs to MN ENT to see if they might have any appointments coming up soon. Nicole at the front desk was AMAZING, so empathetic and so genuine .
