is negative numbers?? We are senior citizens who are trying to set up an account. My wife (legally deaf) set up the account. We received a letter that our application was cancelled for "insufficient identification" So i call to simply as what's do they need... that when i ran into a script reading customer service rep. Like many I am a victim of theft by MN Energy. They removed one of my accounts from my online profile so it was not paid. They then cut off service without notice. they claim I was mailed notice and called. No I was not called or mailed. My other 6 accounts were paid on time, just the one they removed from me profile was not, why would I pay 6 others on time and not this one. Absolutely the WORST customer service. They have no one who seems to know how to help you, they have no problem solving skills to work through issues with an account, and they basically said since my spouse was the name on the account I'm not authorized to take any action....he's died and they told me they'd have to do an immediate shut off to close the account. WTF! I hope the new owners on the house don't forget to call in and have the service changed to their name or I'm screwed!
Chad came out faster than originally scheduled to fix my A/C right before the temperature was due to get a lot hotter. He fixed it quickly and did a great job. He is professional and very helpful. Thanks so much!
Tech lead time is up to 5 business days. Also, they used to give you 4 hrs time frames. They claim that they still do but will use any excuse to give more flexibility to their tech and will push 8 - 5. So in my case I made an appointment on Saturday, tech showed up on Wednesday (8-5 time frame). They had no parts so I made a follow up appointment on Thursday and they attempted to schedule me for next Thursday, 8 - 5. I have escalated; the day was changed to Monday, but still 8-5.
