I am a homeowner and highly recommend Courtney/Bill/team. While MNCLS generally represent contractors, they will take on cases where a contractor is a “bad actor” and needs to be taken out of the business. They understand the laws and will do their best to minimalize your efforts/costs with a desirable end-result.
