Booked a bounce house over 2 months ago and 4 days before my event I received an email saying they weren t able to service my event any more. 1) you don t email a customer with bad news like that, call them 2) They need to figure out a better book keeping system if they only noticed a double booking 4 days in advance and 3) Its been 2 days and I still haven t heard a response, I emailed and left multiple messages.Thanks goodness another bounce house company had the exact themed bounce house available!
A+ service for our last event, highly recommend! They were timely and professorial
