It was such a great move in experience and the landlord is very helpful with whole process, she is so nice and welcoming! I'm thankful I chose this property for my first home and also thankful for the experience. The apartment is also very nice, a 10/10 would recommend this property to a family member!
Zoey is a wonderful kind manager. She has done a great deal of making things beautiful. I see things are starting to feel like home. I love living at Minnesota Ave apartments! The building has good security and the new manager Zoe always makes sure everything is clean. I have seen her even staying late days to take the time to clean our building. She is nice and always make sure to say good morning and will listen truly listen to you. it also always smells so good! My neighbors are kind my apartment is great I've lived here for 4 years !
