My relatives had a booking at Minnehaha Lofts on 43rd St in Minneapolis for the final four this weekend and they cancelled it. Said unforeseen circumstances, but now it's relisted for twice the price. Horrible people!

(UPDATED 8/22) HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION: Would give zero stars if possible. Booked the room over a month in advance, they took my $200 deposit upon booking, then email me 5 days before check in stating my reservation had been canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances", here I am leaving on my trip and checking into my last minute lodging TOMORROW and I still have yet to receive a refund. I have a similar cancellation experience in a booking that Margots manages on VRBO. We booked a house April 19th and asked Saturday for acess to photos since the house was no longer listed on VRBO. May 9, 4 days before our scheduled arrival Margots informed us the property was unavailable. Asking why and asking for help locating another property only brought the response, "I am sorry". Consider carefully booking with her.
