My Mom loves her caregiver named Lyn. My Mom (military retiree) has been paying out of pocket for services rendered as Tricare for Life doesn't pay for this type of care for about one year and half. Lyn has been great as it takes pressure off me, son of Mom, as I am 100% disabled veteran with many medical issues hence is getting harder to help my Mom. I thank the good Lord for this company existence, and Lyn for making me and my life stress free post service.
If you or a family member needs home health services I highly recommend Diamond Home care. All of the staff are great but Lyn, the nurse assigned , always went above and beyond to make sure her clients needs are met. She thoroughly explained things to and make sure procedures are understood before moving on. She is also very compassionate and genuinely cares about her patients.
