Knowledgeable Staff Big nursery selection at a family owned store that's been around for decades. The manager makes a real effort to get in the best in terms of both plants and staff. Except for the high school boys who load the compost, everyone is a passionate gardener who understands plants, and gardens.
Nice and small I was having a hard time finding a certain type of soil. I didn't want to pay the big bucks at Bachmans, and I also didn't want to drive out that far. Minnehaha Nursery helped me out tremendously and had great service to boot! It was a competitive price to what I might pay at Home Depot, etc. I stopped on a whim and now I'll be going back.
Beautiful selection! This store is wonderful - full of beautiful plants and flowers and right in the heart of the city! The staff has excellent knowledge of their goods, and the store usually has excellent prices and sales to offer.
