It had mold everywhere in that apartment building. It will get you sick.. warning do not live in there. If I could put 0 stars i would also this place is a scam they will scam you out your money 100% you sue them and they lie and get people to win for them super mad.

Great place to live. Affordable apartments with a fast and simple move in process. No breed restrictions on pets as well.
Have had nothing but a great experience at Minnihaha Apts. Only a 12 unit build all great neighbors.Managment and maintenance are awesome
