We have purchased a furnace from SPP&H as well and had our plumbing serviced on several occasions. The service has always been excellent, though, as always, we'd prefer it were cheaper. Every time we call you guys it takes a bite out of the wallet. However, because we live in Mr & Mrs. Smith's former home on Hilltop Lane, we always call SPP&H.
Very good. Your online appointment request worked like a charm. Requested an appoint online at 9 PM, you called at 8:04 AM the next morning, said he would show up between 9 - 1, and he called before arriving at 12. Didn't try to sell me unecessary stuff, very friendly guy. In and out quickly and hopefully solved the problem!
Mark was able to diagnose the problem and come up with solution possibilities for us to choose among. Then, the same day, he was able to make the necessary repairs/replacements.
The service was wonderful.
