I had to deal with poor leadership from executives at this company as an employee. They were more power-driven than company-driven.
I did my counseling license residency at this agency and I truly enjoyed it. The owner is kind and fair and I had a competent and understanding supervisor. There are a plethora of services that you can work and the pay was very decent. It's one of the few organized and professional community based services agencies in my experience. I highly recommend this agency!

I went there and was hired but ultimately turned the job down because they have 2 unpaid Supervisions a week that last 2-3 hours. Might I add it was unpaid.
