Great customer service! Polite, understanding, and knowledgeable
After being passed around from one pain management doctor to another, I made a call to Minivasive Pain & Orthopedics praying for a solution to my extremely painful upper and lower back issues. It was the best call I could have made, luckily getting Dr. Hai Nguyen as my provider. When most doctors and clinics either can’t see you, refuse to see you, or when they finally make you an appointment it’s a months long wait. When you finally get seen you feel rushed and it seems like the doctor doesn’t care. I’ve been there with my private care, my neurologist, and other so called “specialists”. Luckily I found Minivasive Pain & Orthopedics and the AMAZING Dr. Hai Nguyen!!! He takes the time to listen, he researches, and comes up with a game plan to get you feeling better.
