A clean home. I used them for years. I love that I always had the same crew. Initially the service was excellent, it fell off a bit but I later learned that it was due to a staffing issue. Management was always eager to solve the problems. Once the economy picks back up I will have them back out again.
Great! I have used Minit Maids for years and have always found them to be friendly, fast and eager to solve any (minor) issue that has come up. They are always willing to work with my occasional changes in schedule and cleaning needs. I love that my house gets good and clean on a regular basis and I don't have to do it!

Consistent and expertly trained!! I have been a client of Minit Maids for 20 plus years. They are a locally owned company with a very expertly trained cleaning and office staff. I especially like having the same team scheduled to clean my home. The team leader has been with them for years; therefore, there is very little, if any, turn over. Jenny I have been a client of Minit Maids for at least 3 years. I have found both the office staff and cleaning staff to be thorough, courteous and professional. They are efficient and can proform their jobs with proficiency. If I have had a complaint, it has been minor and handled with prompt professional courtesty. Their rates are reasonable. They are trustworthy and the best cleaning service you could hope to find.
Quoted $500 and tried to charge $800 range Minit Maids/Minute Maids Charlotte,NC they quoted me $400 - 500 for complete home clean, tried to change it to $800 range after they started. I told them to get out and the owner was rude and tried to charge even with the fact I refused the higher new estimate. Charging people $37.50 per hour is complete rip off, you can find excellent people for $20 per hour. Avoid Minit Maids.
Chris I have used the services of Minit Maids for over 14 years. I am very happy with the cleaning and attention to detail. My home is always clean and smells great. I am also very happy during my tenure I have never had any issues with security nor theft.
