I will be making a formal complaint to the better business Breuer that this place takes advantage of senior citizen it has taken a vantage of my 80-year-old has been charging him $74.99 for regular oil change. The money I don't mind paying if need be but the fact that you took a vantage of an 80-year-old man just makes my blood boil this is unacceptable and so very shameful to your place of business. You get a big fat zero. And again I will follow up on this with the BBB.
I give Minit Lube in Danbury 5 stars because Montana, the manager there, is the best customer service person / manager, I've ever seen. The place runs efficiently and you feel like someone is really looking out for you. I would recommend this place to anyone! They do everything that's needed but ask you first and show you, if you want, why it needs to be done.
