My stepfather had a stroke and we had speech, physical therapy and occupational therapy come in to my parents home. We did not have a good experience. No scheduled visits, always calling the same day, waited for a therapist to arrive - 45 minutes each time. No continuity in care. One therapist showed up with a large manual and was paging thru it for excercises. My elderly mom fell in her home. Her doctor suggested we try in home nursing care to try to keep her out of assisted living for rehab. He said that Compassus has been really good in helping his other patients. After we got everything set up for mom's nurse; home health aide; physical & occupational therapists to come to her at home.....it was a God send. They were such a joy & great help with /for mom. The staff at Compassus was loving and caring. Everyone that we met with was outstanding and very professional from the beginning of our journey to the end. They were fantastic partners in our whole experience with them. We could not have asked for better care.
