Professional staff, accessible appointments, very professional doctors who are attentive and focused on the case. The office and parking are easily accessible.
I have visited the office several times in anticipation of my 4-level discectomy and fusion. The staff if very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gottlieb always takes the time to look me in the eye, answer all of my questions, and, in general, helps me feel comfortable for my upcoming surgery.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Gottlieb for always taking the time to review my studies and provide such a thoughtful and detailed opinion. I truly appreciate the courtesy and professionalism extended to me throughout the process. Dr. Gottlieb demonstrates exceptional expertise and remains at the forefront of Orthopedic Spine Surgery. Dr. Gottlieb is an amazing doctor. Really listens and cares for patients. The staff is also amazing too. 10/10 recommend!
I had an appointment with Dr. Lerma to check my MRI results and he suggested a very invasive surgery for my back. When the appointment ended and he left the room I was waiting for the nurse to get my paperwork dine I noticed on the computer monitor that Dr. Lerma was using another patient's MRI and X-ray results to give me my diagnosis which was completely wrong. It's worth mentioning that Dr. Lerma was rushed and uncomfortable throughout the entire consultation, which demonstrates his lack of professionalism. I am very glad... read more
