Post world war 2 developement, cheap buildings, pathetic management that has no control over bad neighbors, very thin interior, loud not worth the $200 you might save, doors slam unless closed, no exhast fans kitchen or bathrooms (unreal), wet garages, car parked circa 23' scary garbage area, more surprises await. This is our second year living at Minikahda Court Apartments. I have looked at this property a few times over the years and I did not take an apartment but I looked at a studio and it has wonderful features and the light and windows are very nice and plentiful - weather sound nice windows. Courteney Dawson is the property manager and he was wonderful to work with.
