I have looked at this property a few times over the years and I did not take an apartment but I looked at a studio and it has wonderful features and the light and windows are very nice and plentiful - weather sound nice windows. Courteney Dawson is the property manager and he was wonderful to work with. We have lived in Minikahda Court Apartments for a year now, and have very much enjoyed it here. We rated it five stars as it has been a really great experience, but I will still give an honest review with pros and cons. To start, property manager Mark Wyzgowski has been excellent to work with, and is easily one of the better reasons to live here. Just wanted to give a shout-out to Tanya! We scheduled an apartment tour and she drove up from Farmington to make it work when the property owner wasn’t available to do it. Huge thank you to her! This speaks volumes to the customer service at Minikahda court.
Most discusting place I ever lived..you will hate the dog and cat smells in the buildings..and poop in the stairwells..when I first mo in no one had clean the apt I was going to rent.so I had to take 2,3 days to the place clean enough to move into....then the rent stared going u had to stsrt paying gas.. water ..ect another $1 oo.per Month..but the worse thing was was the neighbors .. constantly the cops were over there all the time..and wash theroom neighbors were throwing bleach into my wash and nothing was done I wouldn't... read more
Overall, our experience living at the Minikahda Court Apartments was good. The location is great (right next to Bass Lake, many restaurants, grocery stores, other trails, etc.) and the amenities (mostly the pool in the summer) and parking options were also good. There were a few things that were inconvenient about living at Minikahda - Broken laundry machines which were replaced with still broken machines that cost $8 to run each time (the response below doesn't tell the whole story), mold in the bathroom, a broken microwave... read more
