Apparently the leasing agents are poorly trained. Asked me what I was looking for and how I heard of them (via email), I answer, then they just go silent. Unprofessional at the start usually means unprofessional throughout.
Location is prime. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee & more. I moved in at the end of summer and trees on site were lush & green. Landscaping was well maintained & pool was clean & welcoming. Courtney was also very pleasant & easy to work with. Great communication throughout the application process. A hidden gem in St. Louis Park! I lived here from 2017 - 2020 and was able to move back into the exact same apartment in 2023. The property is impeccable, kudos to Randy who keeps the buildings, the pool and the gorgeous flowers in hanging baskets in tip top shape. The landscaping is well taken care of. Courtney runs the office extremely well and is very accessible and professional. I have never had a maintenance issue that has not been resolved within 24 hours. Post world war 2 developement, cheap buildings, pathetic management that has no control over bad neighbors, very thin interior, loud not worth the $200 you might save, doors slam unless closed, no exhast fans kitchen or bathrooms (unreal), wet garages, car parked circa 23' scary garbage area, more surprises await. A canned response below, they dont respond to problems.
