The staff, including Charles and Carrie, are very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable of what they’re promoting. very tight with their premises. The premises itself is very clean and secured. One of my past experiences with another local storage company was their roads were very hazardous. They had potholes all over the place. Charles and Carrie are simply fabulous! And who doesn’t love $10 worth of free Starbucks coffee?!? If you want a clean rodent free storage facility accompanied by a kind courteous greeting when you arrive… come check out Mini u! Also, appreciated the transparent nature and upfront disclosures of costs and potential increases, no bait and switch types of dealings here compared with other storage facilities we’ve used in the past.
I got two months for free which is AWESOME 😎👍 It cost me 34$ all together and everyone was very helpful
My first time here at this place i had great experience they assist me with all my needs treated me like family and not just a customer I didn't have enough for a lock they give me a brand new lock for my storage quoted me with cheapest price they had for my size unit. Charles and Carrie are two lovely people. I recommend anyone that's looking for storage space to come HERE!!!!
