After checking out a number of places, this storage had the competitive rates, and ease of location. BUT, what separates them is the service. VERY friendly, happy, warm people who are genuinely interested in helping folks. I was blown away at how great they were to deal with. Top notch, rent from here!!
Great deal on the first month's rent. Easy to work with; I called to make a reservation and spoke with someone and within the hour I received another call to followup! Very easy and hassle free.
I saw Mini U Storage just driving by and they seemed to have great deals. I need a storage place for just a few months and called to ask about space available. They reserved a unit for me based off of what I had and even let me look at a smaller one saving me money! The owners were extremely pleasant and REALLY helped me out. The units are clean and easy to access with a code. They even have a moving truck available really cheap!
After researching and looking into many of the storage facilities in the area, Mini U Storage on Mississippi Ave. had the best reviews, best rates and the highest user satisfaction. I would highly recommend it to any one looking for a storage facility!
Mini U Storage is a fantastic place. All the people there are so helpful, polite and are great. The facility is clean and you got to love that they give you tickets to a game (I got the hockey tickets).
I would say, don't depend on the guy showing up; even for 15 minutes. My moving people and I sat in the lot waiting for an hour and a half. Dennis never responded nor call us back to say that he was sorry. He was suppose to meet us at 9:00 am and we waited until 10:45 and decided to find another storage unit which was open and kind. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place in Michigan. I didn't want to even give a star!

Great place to rent for storage. Good prices. Very friendly service. Good incentives like Nuggets tickets! Very clean and well maintained. Easy access location makes it easy to get to. You won't find a better deal and the friendly staff is a nice bonus.
