Good price but your items will be in terrible condition. I opened it up the roof had leaked, there was mice crap everywhere, there must've been an inch of water on the floor at one point. Items were in horrible condition. It is an ok price as long as you are ok with your storage items having water damage, mold/rust, and mice turds everywhere.
