I've had a storage unit here for over 4+ years! My Unit has never been disturbed by intruders! My belongings are safe and stay dry from the elements! Lisa is Great to work with!! 2024 December I fractured my Lt. Hip and my Lt. Femur both at the same time. cant even begin to describe how rude and unprofessional they are .. after making a $700 payment on my mothers storage units they said i supposedly didnt make they threw all of my childhood stuff along with very important documents that was in their without any type of warning no type of letter sent saying it will be thrown away . when i came to confront her face to face after her not answering my calls or my mothers calls she called the cops saying she didnt want to have a conversation because she knew she was in the wrong .... read more
