Outstanding experience having a new Samsung mini split installed in our master bedroom. Brad and Sean were terrific to deal with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient in getting the job completed in a matter of a few hours. After completion of the install, they took the time to thoroughly explain and demonstrate the operation of our new unit. If I could rate this company 10 stars I would!
This was an amazing experience. I have never worked with a company where they actually show up on time and do exactly what they say they’re going to do. They were professional and did a beautiful installation. Very clean everything was perfect.

I guess these guys don’t like new business. Got the run around for 4 days and never got an appointment setup, awful customer experience. My experience in a nutshell: - Tues: Called around 3pm, got Shawn, seemed nice and to know what our mini splits problem was, said he was not in the office at the moment but if I could go on their website and submit a request he’d call me back in the morning to setup a time for them to come out.
