Unless you're in Wichita don't waste your time trying to buy a used vehicle from these guys because they will jerk you around. I happily put a deposit on a 2020 550i and recieved a text a few days later saying: "woops someone else put a deposit on the car two days before you and we're just now seeing that" Again, better be local...
My 93 year old mother just bought a pre-owned 2021 Mini from Walser. Eric Baughman was the person that worked with her and she couldn't say enough good things about how he treated her through the whole experience. She said "it was absolutely the best automobile buying experience she has ever had." He made the entire paperwork process easy and he was especially good with her in setting up and using all the technological features of the car.
I purchased a 2023 blue Mini CooperS from MINI OF Wichita last week and picked it up on June 12 after flying in from Chicago. Let me start by saying that I have purchased many vehicles in my 50+ years of living. Salesman Brian was very helpful! He provided amazing customer service! He took the time to explain all the functions of each option on my new jcw convertible and detailed explanations of each line item on the sales contract. He even picked me up at the airport when I arrived to take me to the dealer to purchase my new mini! I couldn’t ask for a more patient and experienced sales person! 10 stars to Brian! Thank you! Went today to purchase a vehicle for my youngest daughter who is graduating tomorrow; it was a 2007 BMW x3 3.0si with 100k+ miles that i inquired about online. After walking around the parking lot for 30 minutes and 6 different people in black uniform shirts looked at me, somebody finally spoke to me when I actually walked up towards them versus them just looking at me and continuing there conversations.
