Brian was the best! He listened to what I wanted, showed me what fit. He was absolutely awesome to work with, no pushing, no pressure, and all good vibes. He even went out of his way to make sure I made it to work on time when picking up my car in a time crunch!
They are not responsive at all. I had to reach out multiple times to make an appointment for a recall fix. After the appointment was made I tried a couple more times to reach out with a question and to see about ordering an additional key. No one ever picks up the phone. I left two messages and no one ever returned my calls. Kind of a useless service department. Why buy from a brand that has such pathetic customer service? I won't again.
I was in a pinch with my mini that got some bad fuel… Mini of Wichita was fantastic! Staff was super helpful. They gave me a loaner to go on a business trip with and treated me with great respect. Thank you, thank you:-)
"I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. This is my first time shopping online, and the experience has been frustrating due to the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction. They did not send the wind deflector as advertised, and instead of fulfilling the order, they came up with excuses not to send it. The wind deflector costs $300, and on top of that, I never received any discount on the trade-in. This has been a very unsatisfactory experience." i would not recommend trusting them
