Angel Yanis was a outstanding sales representative that explained ever detail of the vehicle and the the purchase process. The entire process was flawless.
Beware the "shop fee." See attached photo. On the left my quote, on the right my price gouge. Working with Jeff Shade, was quoted $275 for brake fluid change on my mini. Received an update via email during the service that I was being charged an additional $70 "shop fee." Called attention to it, and Jeff lowered it to $30. I let him know that was still an inappropriate 10+% up charge for what I was quoted and that I would pay it, but would not be returning if it was not removed from my bill.
