I own a 2023 Clubman and brought it to Sterling for occasional warranty work and services when I lived closer. They have an attentive tech that understands these cars and owner concerns. If I live closer I would definitely go back.
Jeff is awesome! He has always been so helpful and friendly. He is easy to get in touch with and gets me an appointment right away. He should get a big raise!
Angel is amazing to work with. He’s really knowledgeable, considerate friendly and responds very quickly. If I ever buy another car, I would absolutely go with him. I leased the last three cars from Abraham who has since retired, Angel is every bit as good as Abraham was.
