All the team is very kind ,very professional. They send you a video telling and showing what are the parts that need to get changed and in my case what are the cause of the house that I was hearing in my car. Congratulations Team of Mini of San Diego .
I've been going to Mini of San Diego and working with Anthony Palomo on the Services side since I purchased my mini convertible sport in 2016. I love that they provide videos of what needs repairing. It's awesome! I want to give a special shout out to Aryton Gonzalez who was my technician most recently. He was so helpful in explaining what I needed to fix and why. My wife and I had an incredible experience at MINI of Kearny Mesa—truly one for the books. We were racing against the clock after spotting a vehicle online and realized we’d arrive just one minute before closing. Still, we decided to take a chance. MINI of SD is the best to work with. I had a spur of the moment engine malfunction and I got ahold of my service advisor, Anthony P, and he took care of setting me up so quickly! It truly felt like VIP service. Communication and update responses were quick , I didn't have to wait all day to hear back on the status of my car. One of my favorite things they do is the video inspection, they walk you through what looks good and what needs work. It helps me know I'm not paying for services that aren't needed.
