I could not choose no stars or I would have. I purchased a certified used 2019 mini clubman with some factory warranty still remaining. I was told that my iphone worked with the car, but as it turns out that was a deceptive characterization. Who knew that "works with your iphone" did not mean appleplay? Not me. I went back the very next morning and was told "we will take care of you" and "we will make this right". What followed was "we will call you" and "we will take care of you, don't worry!" I picked up my car after this service and ... read more

Often I do not get a service staff member to even answer the phone. Today I had a low tire and called at 10AM to try to be seen for repair. I didn’t get a returned call until 3PM. My tire was in and out of Les Schwab in 20 minutes before 11AM this morning because MINI was not reachable. If I use their online scheduling calendar, they almost never have same day ... read more
It is hard to find someone in the mechanic business who just fixes what is actually broken. Brandon did a great job on my clutch replacement and my car drives like the first day I bought it. And his rates were competitive.
