Worst service department around. Try Northwest Mini's service department much better service department. Seattle Mini has a great sales team though.
So many service, so little people and time each and every time. Good MINi Weak Support. Tacoma is too far. I'm not sucking this up. So, I'm existing the group because of service after 2yrs.

I got another dealership 10 minutes from my work but will trek up to Peabody to get the best. No loaner car program but they have wifi and a rockin game room to pass the time
Had to deal with three other Mini dealerships and this by far is the best. No bull they do it right the first time. Love Mini of Peabody
