I love my mini, and my maintenance package covers everything. Richard and Mark are great service reps and they always have convenient hours to get work done.
Just dropped by for a test drive. Anna is very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Definitely recommend her. This dealership is way better than Herb Chamber in Allston.

I got another dealership 10 minutes from my work but will trek up to Peabody to get the best. No loaner car program but they have wifi and a rockin game room to pass the time
Had to deal with three other Mini dealerships and this by far is the best. No bull they do it right the first time. Love Mini of Peabody
MINI Coopers are not cheap to maintain. Cool car, but caveat emptor. Richard DeAmelio is a great service rep though.
