Marcos and the team take time to explain things thoroughly to me and I appreciate that.
Marcos was our service advisor and Kevin was our technician. These two guys were patient and understanding. Marcos listened, he explained and he helped a stressful situation, be calm. He took his time explaining every detail. The both of them really felt like they were there to fix what needed fixing and gave us advice on what will need to be fixed in the future.
