Very thorough and Polite.
I went in to get my very first oil change for my 2025 Cooper S, Indie. Daniel is very friendly and I was able to check in the car without any problem. Dusty was my mechanic and he sent me multiple videos explaining all the diagnostic not just about the oil change but everything else too. At the end of the service he even came out to the lobby (which was stocked with refreshments) and went over everything on the paperwork. I absolutely loved the service and treatment.
Marcos gives consistent quality service and always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
