On September 6, 2025, I arrived at this dealership for diagnosis of known Footwell Module (FRM) failures, as per a MINI USA extended warranty notice. My symptoms were clear: inoperative power windows and headlights. The experience was a textbook bait-and-switch. The service team completely ignored the FRM. They performed a general inspection (tires, brakes, fluids) that I did not request, charged me $248 for it, and then handed me a staggering $11,000 estimate for unrelated repairs.
