Kevin was my salesperson and intuitively knew my needs before I even asked! He was kind & patient - especially with the technology part of my new MINI, since I’m “born in the 1900’s” I needed the extra hand holding. He was never condescending - just patient! Lauren in Financing as so much fun, it was like a party! MINI of Marin wasn’t pushy, or a “stereotypical” car shopping experience - they were just old school great customer service. Would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kevin! I love my new MINI!
Love this dealership! Kevin is an excellent salesman and very knowledgeable about the EV Countryman. Jim Leavitt was also very helpful and the manager AJ Patterson gave me a deal that was superior to SF and Stevens Creek Mini. Highly recommend this place!
Would never, in my wildest dreams, have ever thought a car dealer and the purchasing experience could be 5 stars. I was wrong. Mega thanks to everyone at Mini of Marin, especially Birenda. Expectations exceeded!
Very good customer service
I'm a tough customer but these people are great. Every department came together to help me out and I am grateful. I drove off in my new-to-me Clubman with nothing but smiles and I couldn't be happier. Everyone would be happier with a mini!
