Part of this rating is due to Mini 2024 or less not having Android Auto support. The other part was the sales person not calling that out on the test drive when we were having trouble connecting my phone. It's either not knowing the product or being dishonest and I'm not sure which is worse.
I've had 2 Minis and appreciate the care from the dealership, but there was a hiccup at my most recent service call. I'd had requested a loaner car when I made the appointment and was told there would be one. When I arrived I was told there was not one, so I had to change my plans. It would have been better service to have let me know ahead of time - or even better..make sure there was one. They were quick on the service work however, so it wasn't too inconvenient.
Service is always professional but today’s wait time was way too long.
