The work was all covered by warranty. Everything was done to my satisfaction. The only problem was the recall they did was a recall from January 2025. This recall work should have been done before they sold me the vehicle in August 2025. There by relieving me of the responsibility of returning for the repair.
I am always treated with respect and patience at Mini both in the sales department and in the service department. Dawn is always amazing in Service. She’s smart and efficient and helpful. I am very happy as a Mini driver!
I was told an oil change would be $100. After I got there I was told that was wrong and it was $200. I had that and a brake oil flush. It took 3 hours. And afterwards I got text messages asking me to trade in my car for a new one. It just wasn’t the level of service I look for. My boyfriend has a lexus, it’s a big suv. His oil changes are less and they give him a free rental while getting any work done. It makes me reconsider what brand I go with for my next car. Mini of Las Vegas has the very best service center when it comes to servicing you Mini... The Service Reps are very knowledgeable, transparent, caring, and friendly... I have been going there for past 2 years for Mini Countryman needs and I always leave satisfied 😌
