I bought a pre-owned 2024 Mini SE from Mini of Downtown LA in May 2026. My 5-star rating is based on applying the adage "all's well that ends well," thanks to the quality of the car and the special help provided by David Iturralde. There was a hiccup after the sale (I was told there'd be two key fobs, but only one was initially provided). It took almost 6 weeks for this dealer to resolve the issue, but Mr. Iturralde (not my salesman) stepped up and turned what could have been a 2-star experience into a satisfactory ending. David is my dude. He helped me track down another Mini SE after the one I was looking at got sold, and was able to hold it for me until I could come back in. Worked with me on financing, and generally seemed like a really great guy. At no point did I feel pressured, which, as a woman, is huge and uncommon. I can see why he has a desk full of awards, lol
Good people working there, service explained everything. They send u videos about car areas need pointing out. Courtesy wash! Good place.
