Butch was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and took the edge of what might have been a stressful experience with his buoyant outlook and good spirits. We drove several cars, took several hours, and in the end I got the car I wasted, at the price I wanted, and left wanting to recommend Butch to anyone in the market for a mini cooper.
Chad is great. Very helpful trying to get a car that matched our budget and preferences.
Dealer was very prompt in making contact even when we decided to wait for another car with additional options. they were not pushy instead very understanding.
