Second mini owner, not much to say about that if you are already a loyalist; you already know how much fun is to drive one. My experience at the dealership has been to say the least excellent! I flew in from Florida to buy a used car. Devin, the sales man could not have been more supportive. From the minute I called to the minute we left. He was truthful, honest and a pleasure to work with. The car is excellent, and the service was even better.!
Update 9/30/25: Aric Santini really made my day by sticking to the plan and simply giving my mini the oil change and state inspection that it required. When I mentioned that my phone number may have changed, he also helped to point out that my personal data and profile had comepletly been wiped or disappeared from Mini of Austin’s database, then swiftly proceeded to update that missing information. This was the most amazing car buying experience I have encountered our sales guy Damon was and is the go to guy I can’t say enough about him me and my husband kept saying to our selfs that this was such a smooth experience and we came all the way from Corpus Christi to buy this car for our daughter I love this dealership I’m looking forward to getting me my very own mini I can’t wait my best friend even wants a mini now too 😍😍😍
