We walked into the Mini of Austin dealership with an appointment with Devin and are thrilled that we got to work with him. Devin was extremely knowledgable, having worked for years in various Mini dealerships around the US. He was cool, friendly, fun to work with. We knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in so it wasn't much of a hard sell for him, but he did get us a couple of extra bucks on our trade in and we had fun doing it. Previous service has been great, but yesterday after driving for nearly 2 hours for a scheduled oil change, I was told that the Maintenance Unlimited Oil Service Plan I had purchased could not be used because I hadn't reached the required mileage. I'm not sure, but the definition of Unlimited I thought meant anytime and as many as you wanted. Advertisement is false. It should read "Buy 2 get 1 free". Wasn't very happy about this
