Great experience in both service and sales!
The car purchasing again at MoA was wonderful. Great communication. Damon is was usual, fantastic. He went above and beyond making sure that this vehicle was ready for us in a timely fashion, and getting our financial needs in order for us. Austin was ready when we needed her to be also. Adrian and Nathan in the purchasing department were quick to have our shirt and coffee cup ready to go when we went to buy them.
I ordered my new MINI Cooper in January, and it was delivered at the end of April. Throughout the entire process, Matthew and Justyn were incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of my many questions over the past few months. Once the car arrived, they worked diligently to get everything ready so I could pick it up as quickly as possible. I love my new MINI! Great selection of Mini’s to choose from but the purchasing process wasn’t very pleasant. With improvements to the purchasing part and this dealership would be top notch. Mathew was awesome with finding the car I wanted! 5/8/25 and I’m on day 86 from purchase date and still I have no title. I call the dealership and they say it only takes 7-10 days.
