I took my car in for a simple oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 2 PM. . When I arrived, a gentleman took my keys told me to go to the waiting area and he’ll talk to me soon. After two hours of waiting no one came and talk to me. I finally went up to the manager and asked if I could have a status on my car and that I’ve been waiting for two hours.
