Very professional stuff, understands the needs and problems of customers. Atmosphere in dealership is very pleasant and calm, no surprises or unnecessary waiting. I came for recall so I can't comment on value, but service was perfect. Detailed receipt explained everything, precisely
Brought car in for check engine light on. Received quote with options promptly. Car was ready when indicated. Great service from Dylan
Fantastic experience purchasing our MINI Cooper Convertible at MINI Oakville! Dylan was outstanding to work with. He guided us seamlessly through the buying process and took the time to give us a detailed, full demo of the car so we knew how everything worked before hitting the road. Highly recommend reaching out to Dylan if you’re looking for a top-tier sales representative!
Dylan was extremely helpful and honest about assessing my Mini. He gave me some tips on how to fix certain annoyances and was appreciative of his kindness.
