Mini's is an excellent nail and related services salon! The atmosphere is calm, quiet, and soothing. The services provided are detailed, thorough, and efficient. Other salons have literally caused me pain which made me wonder if there is truth to the expression "beauty isn't painless." Mini made me feel comfortable, not like a project on an assembly line. I also found the videos entertaining and gratefully not too loud. Mini is my new go-to salon and I look foward to purchasing other services as well.
Came here about a month and half ago for a jelly pedicure with my sister. We saw online the jelly pedicures were $65 which is a great price for jelly compared to other salons. We called and they scheduled us for an appointment an hour and a half before close which was fine for us. The staff was super sweet and the jelly was nice. However, both my sister and I got infected toenails the next day. Our toes were hurting a little at dinner that night but they both got red and inflamed the next day. Obviously all the reviews are fake, totally disorganized, they never wrote down the appointment, so had to look elsewhere.
Here’s an honest review of my experience. I visited this place for the first time for a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, the woman who did my manicure was extremely rude. I requested a regular nail polish, but she insisted that I pay upfront before she even started. When I asked why and mentioned that I preferred to pay after the service, as most customers do, she became angry and acted very unprofessionally.
