Oh my God the staff is so amazing. The Dr. is so knowledgeable with everything that she does. They also teach you as well to keep your teeth clean. They are awesome I highly recommend people coming to this location in Pembroke Pines they are very welcoming. I love them.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff here—especially the woman who answers the phone—is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She refused to give her name, spoke with a nasty attitude, and acted as if patients are an inconvenience. Today, I was literally ONE minute late to my child’s appointment, and they refused to see us. This office is a joke. The staff has zero respect for patients or their time. They’ll cancel an appointment if you’re one minute late, but make families wait close to an hour every single visit. The woman who answers the phone is rude, unhelpful, and clearly doesn’t care about customer service. I wouldn’t trust them with my kids again.
Took my grand baby in to her appointment for the first time and they were great and very kid friendly!
