Scheduling is terrible and rude front desk staff. Our two kids scheduled months ahead with 9am appointments at the same time with the intention to minimize amount of missed school and work by having appointment run in parallel. Confirmed at 9am for both kids individually via texts a week ahead. Show up day of the appointment 5 minutes early. The staff was 10mins delayed, finally get called in at 9:10 only to be told by the hygienist only 1 child is scheduled for 9am and the other cannot be seen until after the first is done.... read more

Bad experience why put an appointment for 8:30 when you guys open at that time grace period you give your grace period to someone and then take it back come one is it because we are black I heard her said to one person on the phone I don't mind you being late we give u a grace period she didn't give us one straight attitude from when I walked in the door I don't like them will not bring my child back here the woman at the desk very rude,boor,lout person you guys need to train her back or just get rid of her bad for business ... read more

“I can’t say enough great things about this pediatric dental office! The staff are amazing with kids—especially Vanessa, who was so patient and kind to my daughter. They also have a fantastic sense of how to keep kids happy—there are fun machines for them to play on, adorable stickers they get at the end, and even a token for a little prize. It’s such a joyful, welcoming environment. Highly recommend Vanessa and the whole team!”
