Ordered a Motolita Steering wheel, it took them months to ship. Upon receiving the item, it turned out to be a different design but has the same reference number. Shipment to Philippines and Im having hard time to return it back to Nevada. I’ve sent emails to Ed Arata, but he just ignored them.
Continual emails for parts on back order with automated emails stating the same amount of time delivery is postponed. This was no on one order but every order I placed in last 6 months... entire order is delayed by one part...and delivery time keeps getting pushed out... and pushed out while car is apart on the floor of my garage... and competitors have the parts in stock. On last order, I asked you to cancel the item that was delayed and ship the IN STOCK PART... and 7 days later, received ANOTHER note the entire order incl... read more
