We have had a great experience here. The staff is very helpful.
Even if youre just storing clothing and no valuables if you dont provide them with insurance info they charge you for an insurance plan you can't opt out of. Even the non temp controlled units they charge you a utility bill for even if you dont use the light switch in the unit. They charge management fees and other fees that should be included in the management fees as well as fees to take your money from you when paying your bill. Its a scam.
