This pathetic dude is a poor excuse for a business. Charged almost $400.00, and because it was overloaded, instead of telling us, he just dumped it, and left it on the street. Forget this clown.

Didn’t even take the stuff just dumped it all over the street. Never provided proper paper work about height requirements and what was okay or not. They made sure to tell us we could throw anything but NEVER mentioned anything about it it being to tall. They are scammers and just looking to take your money and leave you with a mess!! Do not use them!!! Unless you want to be called cheap and threatened don’t bother with this company!

You left everything on the side of our street because it was “overloaded” PATHETIC!!!!! Charged almost 400 bucks and didn’t take ANYTHING!!!!

Apparently they claim we did something wrong when we loaded everything they said we could nice and neatly. They’re driver guy decided he couldn’t take out stuff so he opened the trailer door and dumped everything onto our street!!! What horrible customer service. And continued to keep our $400.

Never, will I use this company, pulled over to check dumpster on the street to see the size, up pulls up a truck with a dumpster behind it, the Shrek looking goon driving the truck starts shouting at me to get away from the dumpster on the street. I told him to go hang himself, he then goes to my truck and opens the door, and says how do you like that. Been utilizing the services of Mini Dumpsters of Fresno for the last 2 years while I have been rebuilding my house. What makes them so exceptional to work with is that the service is exactly what you want from a business, i.e. personal, prompt and professional. Secondly, the ability to get different size bins allows you to work through specific "trash needs" without having to order something the size of your house and have it parked in your driveway for a month while you try to fill it. Keep up the good work.

I felt cheated. Was told one price, then they made me wait an hour late. Then was told that I needed to pay $100 more. Told me that THEY were doing me a service. I was really angry and upset. I had to move and my helpers were leaving me. So I had no choice but to continue cause I had to be out that day. So the driver leaves to get a bigger bin and 5 mins later, another driver pulls up. Says he was just "down" the street and someone cancelled. Man, I just got played! Will never use this again.
