Take it from someone who skipped the dentist for a decade out of fear and bad experiences, not only did they fit me in for a broken molar emergency, the entire staff is friendly, understanding, patient, personable. Doctor Jordan (sr. I believe) was with me every step of that procedure, checking on me, calm, thorough, and cares about his patients. There’s a reason they say he’s the best in Vidalia, he certainly is. And I did not feel one bit of judgement from anyone. Incredible office.

I had never been to this dentist. I had a severe abscess and called them at 11am simply seeking any help I could find. They were able to get me in within 30 minutes of the initial call. I had no insurance, self pay. I was in and out with a completed surgical extraction within an hour. The Dr, Charles Jordan I believe, was professional, courteous, exact, kind, and fast. The staff is so sweet and professional. I had really bad experience with my previous dentist hitting my trigeminal nerve, and always telling me I had to have a root canal. Dr. Charlie is amazing! Most gentle dentist ever and only does what is absolutely necessary, saved two teeth already and that didn't involve a root canal!!!
