I don’t often give 5 star reviews as I think it really has to be earned. Today is one of those 5 star days. Jhin at Motor City Mini has not only earned them, but truly deserves all 5 and more. What absolutely amazing service. Like truly above and beyond. He is the type of asset every organization dreams of having. I am grateful to have him as our trusted service advisor!
Had a wonderful experience buying a new mini at this dealership. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Never felt pressured. I truly appreciated the fact that they knew the cat was for me and they spoke directly to me and not my husband. They didn’t do the ‘I’ll let you discuss it with your husband BS”. Love my new car. It’s exceptional.

Incredible Service & People The day my Cooper was towed to Motor City left me sad. I thought i would never drive it again. To my surprise, my car was ready for pick up within less than a week. I happened to have a tight work schedule that week, so i requested for a favor to have my car dropped home, a service i never thought was possible. Bony, the service manager, was very gracious , he went above & beyond to arrange this for me.
