I was told on a Friday that my 2011 Mini had reached the end of its life. Over the weekend, Karl provided me multiple options for leasing and purchasing. Karl and Tina were very transparent on the pros and cons of the options and answered all of my questions. They were both incredible in guiding me through the process and got me into a new mini which I love, the following Tuesday, four days after I was told my 2011 Mini was no longer drivable. THANK YOU!
