However, I am compelled to give this service a five-star rating due to Tracey Geraci professional demeanor and her kindness in offering the ride to home, as I was traveling a considerable distance. Regarding the mechanical work, I would rate it three stars. While the labor cost of $1250 was reasonable, the time spent on the car (four hours) seemed excessive for the services performed, including oil, brake, filter, and spark plug replacements.
