I was looking to upgrade my 2008 Mini Cooper S and decided to visit Mini of Freeport. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, and after a quick conversation, the Sales Rep ('Marcus') provided me with an overview of the available vehicles. I live in New York City and have some closer options for my MINI, however, I find this place to be worth the drive. I have had a number of service appointments here and I purchased my lease through their sales department at least end. Marcus in sales is fantastic, and the service department works too highly recommended.
Made me pay for new tires even though I have insurance on the tires. Made me pay $750 for an oil change even though they said it was free at first. Charged me $2k for two minor dents on my vehicle. Unbelievable how much they overcharge and scam their customers. They clearly need the money more than me.Went to the Mini in Manhattan and they weren’t cheap like these people.
