If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Dr. Lin and his clinic was one of the most frustrating, shady, and unprofessional medical encounters I've ever had. I needed a chest x-ray only for my New Zealand immigration application. I called ahead, explained everything clearly, and was told that it wouldn't be a problem. But when I showed up for my appointment, Dr. Lin suddenly refused to help unless I paid $400 in cash for a full physical exam, which didn’t even include the x-ray I came in for. Very bad service. This guy will scam you like crazy. I feel bad for anyone who goes into the office. Any doctors I tell about situations he had me in are confused at Dr Lin’s thought process. He’s all about money and nothing else.
Dr. Lin has been my doctor for many years. He listens to my concerns and always courteous. He encourages positivity. He always has time and never rushes you out the door. His office staff is also courteous and friendly.
