It's a bit more authentic than some restaurants. A good bowl of ramen.
I regularly eat at Ming's for weekday lunches and the food has always been pretty good and the service generally pleasant with a minor exception here or there until yesterday. I ordered a dish and the server asked if I'd like to substitute the chicken (which was the meat listed on the menu). He recommended the smoked brisket so I agreed to try it. It was awful.
