I’ve been going to Ming’s Nails for several years now and I’ve never had anything but pleasant, courteous, service. I have never been rushed nor have I ever been unhappy with the services they have provided. I was in there today for a manicure and pedicure and observed the interaction regarding the walk-in client wanting her eyebrows done. I went in as a walk-in to get my eyebrows done and clearly explained that I wanted a natural shape with only the extra hair cleaned up. The lady ming.seemed to be in a rush and removed far too much hair, especially from the middle, leaving my eyebrows with an uneven and unnatural shape. When I expressed my concern, instead of apologizing or trying to understand, she had a very rude and dismissive attitude and told me I could go somewhere else. Love the job that Ming does on my Wifes nails and toes... Ming and John are very kind... And I love to see their dog when we visit... Very comfortable location great to get on the 400
I have been seeing Ming for 5 months... every three weeks, I walk into her salon, greeted with a smile and having a wonderful relaxing time. My nails have always turned out perfect, and her creativity is great. I highly recommend her and her husband John. Please support local family businesses. Thank you Ming!!
