Nice folks, but we were charged for two months of service after we had moved out and requested that our lease be terminated. At the time of our initial rental setup roughly two years ago, locks were not included, nor was there any advice for what kind of lock would fit in their latches, and it took several department store runs to find one that worked. I recently rented a 10 x 20 and after moving everything realized the unit was too small and needed a 20 x 20 so they worked with me to get a 20 x 20 close to the one I already moved into, the only problem was the 20 x 20 that they were gonna put me in wasn’t ready and needed to be cleaned. So, the girl in the office (I can’t remember her name) is wonderful. Big shout out to Gloria. Top-notch customer service. I could not find my storage keys, and she was able to help me get in my storage. I appreciate you! Been here for 2 years now and every time I call, she always makes sure to help me out with anything I need.
