I recently rented a 10 x 20 and after moving everything realized the unit was too small and needed a 20 x 20 so they worked with me to get a 20 x 20 close to the one I already moved into, the only problem was the 20 x 20 that they were gonna put me in wasn’t ready and needed to be cleaned.
