Big shout out to Gloria. Top-notch customer service. I could not find my storage keys, and she was able to help me get in my storage. I appreciate you! Been here for 2 years now and every time I call, she always makes sure to help me out with anything I need.
MDS has been a big part of my life for a very long time. They've gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs during a critical time in my life. I've always received compassionate care and understanding during financial changes. The Staff that is present are always happy and smiling ready to assist. MDS has even offered me a payment plan option, which I really appreciate and very thankful during my career change. I've used a few storage places and MDS has been the most hands on and show concern. MDS has been amazing.
